EduBirdie.com Review

EduBirdie.com

EduBirdie.com looks like a pretty nice website. The main feature is attractive, too. You can choose your own writer from the team of professionals hired by the service. Is that too good to be true? I had to check. This Edu Birdie review is based on a thorough examination of the website, as well as on my personal experience with the service.

Services Provided

Although the website seems pretty straightforward at first, it’s kind of difficult to understand what exactly the writers deliver. When you choose the option Writing Services from the menu, you get a drop-down menu with confusing options, including College Papers for Sale, Write My Essay, Buy Essay Online, or Contribute. However, there’s also a list of services that follows. These are some of the most important services you can get from EduBirdie:

  • Assignment
  • Lab report
  • PowerPoint presentation
  • Critical thinking
  • Creative writing
  • Business plan
  • Book/movie review
  • Coursework
  • Dissertation

The list of services is pretty versatile. From essays to dissertations, you can order almost anything. Editing help is also available for essays, research papers, and term papers. However, the included options that don’t belong in the list make the whole service look shady.

Customer Experience

Everything looks pretty straightforward with this service.

  • You have to sign up to get full access to the prices and the order form. That’s a drawback for most students. However, the procedure is simple and it doesn’t take more than few minutes.
  • Once you do that and you fill out the order form, you can choose your writer from the available ones.
  • From there on, you’ll be able to collaborate directly with the writer. You can watch as they complete the order. The good part is that your money will be reserved, but the transactions will be completed only for the work that meets your standards. Sounds like a great promise, although it doesn’t always work that way with the service.

Deadlines

As a customer, you can choose between a variety of delivery times. In fact, you set your own deadline when submitting the order. If you need an extremely urgent paper, you can set the deadline to 3 hours. Since you’re constantly in touch with the writer, it’s easy to stay calm knowing that they are working on it.

Customer Support

There are few ways to get support from the Edu Birdie team. First, there’s the live chat. The customer support representatives are online 24/7. I had to wait a bit to get my answers, but I still got them.

Then, there’s the message form you can complete. In addition, you’re constantly in contact with the writer as soon as you place the order.

Finally, the service recommends you to download its iOS app for the ultimate customer experience. That’s a great idea. I’d love having an app for a high-quality service I could always use. Great idea, bad execution. The app always lags and it often doesn’t load the chat. Flawless user experience? More like a frustrating one!

Prices

This was the biggest problem for me: you don’t know what the price is before you sign in and place the actual order. This is a bidding service, so it works that way. The writers bid for your project and you pick the most favorable offer. However, the fact that there’s no orientation price at the website bothered me. The website says “starting at just $18.00 a page,” but no one bid that low although I requested a simple essay with a deadline of 10 days.

The writers ended up bidding with average prices. Some of them were cheaper than the others. However, none of the ones that bid on my project had a degree in the specific area. Considering that fact, the prices weren’t that affordable after all.

You can hire writers with much better qualifications for a similar price elsewhere.

Oh, there are no discounts. What a bummer!

Quality

I received my paper on time. That’s a huge plus for the service. The quality? It was average. It would meet the expectations of a student who doesn’t want to stand out with the paper. The only problem was: I specifically requested a top-quality paper written according to the highest standards. The writer didn’t provide enough references and didn’t support his arguments.

Although I expressed my dissatisfaction, the service still completed the transaction without allowing revisions to take place. Remember when I told you the service says you pay only for work that meets your standards? No. You pay for the work that meets their standards, and those are not exceptionally high.

Conclusion

EduBirdie is not a bad writing service. In fact, I liked the concept of choosing my own writer. I only wish there were better writers to choose from. These are not experts, and that’s the nicest way I could put it. The quality of the paper I received was average. With few corrections, it would have turned out well, but the service didn’t accept my requirement for corrections.

I also don’t like the fact that you have to sign up to get access to the order form. What if no one bids or you decide not to hire a writer? You still have that profile and you’ll occasionally get spamming messages.

Overall, this is a service that’s no better than the average in the industry. I wouldn’t recommend it to students who want serious work and stress-free experience. On a scale from 1 to 5, I’d give it a 2.5.
